Healthcare and social service professionals are navigating extraordinary stressors every day by putting others first while carrying the emotional weight of the work. This webinar is a chance to hit pause and reflect. Together, we'll explore the realities of compassion fatigue and burnout, uncover how these challenges impact caregiving performance, and offer practical strategies for resilience, both personal and collective. It’s not just about preventing burnout, it’s about reclaiming your energy, reconnecting with purpose, and strengthening the support systems around you.
