This course is designed for supervisors and managers who want to enhance their coaching skills and approach to employee development. In this interactive course, you will learn and practice six essential competencies to strengthen communication, trust, and performance. You’ll learn when to coach versus manage, how to navigate tough conversations with greater confidence, and how to give feedback that empowers rather than discourages your team. You'll also explore the impact of unconscious bias, apply trauma-informed supervision techniques, and discover practical tools to build a culture of psychological safety, accountability, and excellence. All participants will leave with actionable strategies that help you coach your staff more effectively and bring out the very best in your team.
