We all have an inner voice that can push us forward or hold us back. In this engaging, practical session, participants will explore the seven Inner Critic types from the Internal Family Systems model and take a short quiz to identify their top two. Through reflection and discussion, you’ll learn how to transform self-criticism into constructive self-coaching and build greater confidence, clarity, and compassion at work.
