Description
This course offers a practical and engaging examination of how generational differences influence communication, expectations, and behavior in both professional and personal contexts. Participants will gain insight into the formative experiences that influence how different generations approach communication, collaboration, feedback, and work-life balance.
Through relatable examples and interactive elements, the session highlights common points of friction across generations and offers strategies to navigate them more effectively. Participants will learn how to adjust communication styles, foster stronger collaboration, and create environments where individuals feel understood, valued, and empowered.
The workshop also explores how generational perspectives influence motivation, boundaries, and definitions of success, helping participants better support both their own well-being and that of those around them.
Participants will leave with clear, practical strategies they can apply immediately to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and create more balanced, productive interactions across generations, both at work and in everyday life.
