This course qualifies for SHRM CEUs. Numbers don’t have to be intimidating—when you understand what to measure, why it matters, and how to use that information, you unlock a powerful tool for growth. Key Performance Indicators Made Easy is a hands-on workshop designed to demystify KPIs so participants can track, analyze, and improve performance with confidence. In this session, participants will learn how to identify the right KPIs for their specific goals, create simple tracking systems, and interpret results to make informed decisions. They’ll gain strategies for aligning KPIs with organizational priorities, communicating results to stakeholders, and turning data into actionable steps that drive improvement. Ultimately, these skills will ripple out to benefit the teams they lead, the organizations they strengthen, and the communities they serve. --- Instructor: Mitch Austin Mitch Austin is an insightful leader and skilled facilitator with over two decades of experience in supervision, strategic planning, workforce development, and public service leadership.
