This course qualifies for GH CEUs.   Even the best supervisors face the challenge of managing underperformance. This interactive course helps leaders approach those situations with clarity, confidence, and compassion. Participants will learn to use the Employee Triad Model—Coach, Correct, Document—to assess performance issues and choose the right intervention. Through case studies and discussion, we will explore how to identify whether the root cause is a skill gap, will gap, or system gap, and practice coaching techniques that promote accountability and growth while maintaining professionalism and trust. --- Instructor: Mitch Austin Mitch Austin is an insightful leader and skilled facilitator with over two decades of experience in supervision, strategic planning, workforce development, and public service leadership.
